A pilot in 90 days.
A clear, time-bounded engagement that gives both of us evidence — without committing to a multi-year deployment. Concrete process, defined deliverables, no surprises.
Evidence, not promises.
A pilot answers three questions that no demo, deck or reference call can answer.
Does it work here?
Detection performance is site-specific. RF environment, terrain, weather, vegetation, the nature of the asset — all of it shapes the result. The only way to know is to deploy at a site like yours.
Does it fit our operations?
A pilot answers the operational questions: how does it integrate with your existing security stack, how does it land in your SOC, how does your team experience alerts.
What is the case?
A pilot generates the evidence you need — for your insurer, your board, your O&M lead — to decide whether to scale. We work alongside you to document that case as we go.
Four phases, agreed up front.
We share the full plan in writing before we begin. You know what is happening, when, and why.
Discovery
Remote site assessment and one site visit. We map the asset's RF environment, the existing security stack, the threat profile and the operational reality. Together we agree the success criteria for the pilot — what good looks like, in writing.
Deployment & calibration
Sensors deployed in one working day. Two-week calibration window establishes the baseline of the ambient RF environment. We tune detection thresholds against the agreed success criteria and your operating workflow.
Operation
Continuous monitoring at the pilot site. Weekly performance summaries delivered to your operational contact. Joint incident reviews when alerts fire. Adjustments to thresholds and classification as we learn the site.
Review & decision
A full performance report against the success criteria we agreed in Discovery. We sit down together and decide one of three outcomes: scale to additional sites, modify the deployment, or conclude the engagement. No pressure either way.
Clear ownership on both sides.
What we provide
- Hardware — sensor units, edge processor, all cabling and mounting
- Software — detection, classification, alerting platform
- On-site installation and calibration
- Weekly performance summaries
- Direct access to the engineering team for the duration of the pilot
- Integration support for your VMS, SOC or alarm-receiving centre
- Documentation suitable for sharing with your insurer or board
What we need from you
- Site access agreement and standard safety induction
- A nominated operational contact — 1 to 2 hours per week, no more
- Network connectivity at the site (we can advise on options)
- Documentation of your existing security stack
- Honest feedback throughout — including when something is not working
Measured against what matters to you.
We agree the criteria together at the end of Discovery, in writing. We typically measure four things, calibrated to your site.
- Detection rate against the intrusion scenarios you care about — staff scenarios, defined threat scenarios, scheduled live tests
- False-alarm rate per zone per night — our internal target is under 1, calibrated to your operational tolerance
- Time-to-alert from event to notification at your operational endpoint
- Operator experience — how the system actually lands in your team's daily workflow
If a metric matters to you that isn't on this list, we add it. If a metric on this list doesn't matter at your site, we remove it. The criteria are yours.
Fixed-fee. Shared up front.
We structure pilots as fixed-fee engagements. Pricing depends on site size and complexity. We share the full economics in the first discovery call — before either of us commits time.
For early pilot partners working with us through 2026, we offer favourable terms in exchange for transparent feedback, joint case-study rights and the opportunity to learn together. We are looking for two or three operators who want to shape what this category becomes.
Start with a 30-minute call.
We come prepared with what we know about your asset class, your regulatory context and the threat profile you face. You leave with a clear sense of fit — before any further commitment.
